Primary Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for key business analyst tasks for assigned projects.
    This includes establishing scope, defining requirements, leading Joint
    Application Design sessions with facilitating IT and Analysis teams, and
    conducting agile reviews on requirement documentation.  
  • Be the application SME who knows their applications inside and
    out—who uses the application, how they use it, and why they use it the way that
    they do. This role will understand the system dependencies and how data flows
    from one system to another.
  • Supports application testing strategy and execution with the UAT
    and implementation teams to ensure solution will meet the business objectives
    of the requirements
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define quantitative benefits
    to requirements and projects to support capital management process
  • Analyzes data, conducts barrier analysis, identifies best
    practices, and facilitates the design and implementation of improvement
    activities to ensure tools and processes running effectively and efficiently
  • Supports our business partners and end users through issue
    management and prioritization, resolution, verification, training, and
    communication
  • Looks at complex business processes and files to understand the
    relationships, functionality, and dependencies
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying complex or technical
    information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to
    understand and interpret complex information from others
  • Serves as a mentor to other business analysts on the team














Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • 5+ years'
    business analysis experience including gathering and documenting the business
    requirements
  • Previous
    experience working in a matixed environment
  • 5+ years of
    demonstrated experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and /
    or evaluation of business processes
  • Previous experience
    designing and implementing new projects and experience with production support
  • Demonstrated
    ability to manage and prioritize deliverables
  • Previous
    experience with MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel including
    ability to create pivot tables, create complex formulas, spreadsheets, and
    VLookup
  • Bachelor's
    degree or HS Diploma/GED plus 7+ years equivalent experience
