About this job

As a Restaurant Training Director, you are responsible for training a team of 50+ team members.

Job responsibilities include: 

  • New employee orientation and training
  • Re-certification of existing employees
  • Develop and supervise Certified Trainers
  • Uniform Ordering and Uniform Inventory Management
  • Employee Care: To include the following: birthdays, monthly parties, Mother's Day, Father's Day, anniversaries, graduates, baby showers, Valentine's Day, Manager's outings, and the annual Holiday Party
  • Writing a bimonthly newsletter 

An ideal candidate will have leadership experience and a passion for teaching. This person must be skilled in time management, self-directed and highly organized. This person must have basic computer skill and must master all knowledge and skills of every position in the Restaurant except for management and office work.
