Finish/Trim Carpenter - Full-time / Part-time

The Carpenter position requires performing carpentry objectives, including but not limited to, framing walls, mounting doors, installing windows, hardware, and casework, installing trim work and other finish carpentry items according to sketches, blueprints, or oral instructions. May install specialty hardware (i.e. handrails, bathroom accessories, laminates).

* Build wall, window, and door framing.
* Mount doors, hardware, casework, trim work.
* Install specialty hardware (i.e. handrails, bathroom accessories, laminates).
* Use circular saws, reciprocating saws, nail guns, sander and other power tools as required.
* Use all carpentry hand tools as required.

High School diploma or GED is required.
Five (5) years recent experience in trade required.
Ability to interpret blueprint drawings and sketches required.
Ability to communicate and collaborate with all facility personnel.

Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds
Minimum of 5 year of Trim/Finish carpentry experience.

Experience with solid surface installation a plus, but not required
Experience with laboratory, medical/hospital architectural woodwork a plus, but not required

Must have own tools.

Must be able to read and interpret blue prints

90% Travel

Per Diem paid and includes meals, incidentals, and lodging.
