This position will be responsible for the management of projects that deliver solutions and services. The Field Sales Project Manager Intern will interact closely with the client, partners and alliances to define the project parameters and to develop detailed project documentation outlining the project including Business Requirements, Project Plans, and Project Schedule. The position will translate customer requirements into specific plans and tasks using knowledge of T-Mobile and delivery methodology and assure proper conduct, documentation, and communication of assigned project engagements. Ultimately supporting the results being driven by the field.
  • Manage of projects that deliver solutions and services, will interact closely with the client, partners and alliances to define the project parameters and to develop detailed project documentation outlining the project including Business Requirements, Project Plans, and Project Schedule.
  • Manage all aspects of projects throughout the project lifecycle including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change. Translate project requirements into project objectives and tasks, managing task assignment to project resources and reporting on and managing project scope throughout the lifecycle, supporting desired results being driven.
  • Responsible for managing all events including Sales fair
  • Tracking and Monitoring performance of various KPI's
  • Provide field support for the Operations Manager in validating execution for various program launches (I.E UnCarrier)

    Pursuing undergraduate degreeSuccessful completion of coursework or a Major in Marketing, Sales, or Strategy
  • MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments with some direction
  • Must have a solid understanding of the PMI / PMBOK Methodology.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Able to manage projects of small to intermediate size projects with some direction
  • Able to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Possession of the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable
  • Wireless experience is diserableAdditionalLocation: Culver City, CATimeframe: Summer 2015 (Start June) for 12 weeksCandidates should have background experience, skills, and/or education appropriate to position description. Candidates must be currently enrolled in school or post-graduation of twelve months. Background checks are required for interns.
