Machine Maintenance Lead (CNC)- Direct Hire
We have an immediate Direct Hire opportunity at our client in Berlin, WI for a CNC Machine Maintenance Mechanic. This person will be the Lead Maintenance Mechanic for the company and will have 2 other Maintenance employees working under them. You will not be responsible for performance management of these employees, but will be considered the Lead Maintenance Person to them. The pay rate for this position is based on experience, but could be up to $22 per hour. This is an hourly position, so there will be overtime pay as well for anything over 40 hours per week. Hours are Monday thru Friday, 6:00am to 4:00pm. There could be occasional instances where you would be called in to fix a maintenance issue during other shifts, but this is very rare.
Job Duties:
-maintain the CNC Machines using predictive and preventative maintenance procedures
-troubleshoot, diagnose and repair all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components on CNC Mills and Lathes
-maintain records and documentation of machine maintenance procedures and process
-will work with minimal supervision
-general machine rebuilds when needed
Qualifications:
-must have a minimum of 5 years Machine Maintenance experience (CNC Machines preferred, but not required)
-must have strong electrical maintenance experience
-must have working knowledge of PLC's
-prior mechanical and hydraulic maintenance experience
-must be able to read blueprints
-must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
-able to work with others in the Maintenance department, including the ability to be a Leader/Mentor
