Material Handler

We have a opening for a Material Handler.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Manpower is currently hiring a Material Handler for one of our clients in Duncan, SC!

Job Description:

• Performs a wide variety of simple duties not requiring heavy lifting.
• Works in a light industrial environment, such as delivering supplies between departments, removing refuse around work areas, setting up tables and chairs, etc. may load, unload, and move materials within or near plant, yard, or work site.
• May be required to tend conveyor or other material handling systems that load, unload, or move lightweight inventory in a non-industrial setting (if job requires comparable math skills).
• Un-assisted lifting does not exceed 50 Lbs., reach does not exceed 72 inches.
• Compares inventory counts with actual physical stock.

Job Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least six months of related working experience.

Additional Details:

• Location: Duncan, SC 29334
• Pay Rate: $9.00 per hour
• Hours: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Length of Assignment: 1 Year
