Manpower is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in Florham Park, NJ!

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • This is a Part Time remote position.
  • As an Administrative Assistant you will manage projects and will mainly be performing administrative/clerical duties during the implementation.
  • Listen in on weekly meetings (at least 3/week), take meeting minutes, schedule meetings for multiple clients, be extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel (some Excel sheets need cleanup), intermediate experience with Power Point, publish weekly project reports for team. The manager will have different tasks that the resource will need to complete each month.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or GED with at least 1 to 3 years experience in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ideal candidate must have knowledge in animal health
  • Marketing experience is a plus
  • Needs experience with Zoho or similar platform.
  • Needs experience with Zebra or other similar database capture.

    ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
  • Location: Florham Park, NJ 07932
  • Length of Contract: Nine months
  • Schedule: 2 to 5 Hours/Day - 5 Days/Week
