We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Collections Cleveland TN.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by telephone, to solicit payment. Duties include receiving payment and posting amount to customer's account; preparing statements to credit department if customer fails to respond; keeping records of collection and status of accounts. Applicants should be able to type 40 wpm and pass a Drug Test and Criminal Background. Flexible availability. Two days a week 12 pm to 9 pm and 3 days a week 8 am to 5 pm Every other Saturday 8 am - 12pm and during tax season (January- April) Employees will work every Saturday from 8 am till 12 pm. Temp to Hire position $8.50/Hr
