Manpower is seeking a Procurement Admin Assistant with Accounts Payable experience in the Alpharetta, GA area
50%-75% of this role is invoice matching in Oracle.
Duties include but not limited:
Attention to detail, Microsoft Office Competency Required, Oracle Procurement or AP a MUST
Able to scan and attached documents ( Oracle E-Filling)
Perform the matching process between invoices and Purchase Orders
Process invoices and work payment issues with suppliers and Colonial personnel to resolution
Filing of Purchase Orders and Contracts
Maintaining documents on the Procurement SharePoint page
Set up purchasing sites in Oracle vendor master
Monitor and report on compliance to procurement procedures
Work with Buyers to identify and close open PO's
Previous professional experience:
Proficient in 10 key
Accurate data entry
Accounts Payable experience/background- A MUST
Basic mathematical aptitude
Attention to details
Able to sit for up to 8 hours
Able to work with dual monitors and software applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office ( outlook, excel, word, PowerPoint)
Able to scan and attached documents ( Oracle E-Filling)
Able to communicate effectively
Ability to resolve invoice issues directly with vendors
Backup to Procurement Coordinator
