Overview:

The Pricing Analyst I provides support across multiple departments that impacts revenue and profitability across the organization. This position assists in the implementation of pricing strategy and policies through the use of various analytical and reporting tools as well as supports ad-hoc project requests as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze price, volume, revenue, and profit data to determine financial impact and performance of pricing, promotional and new product initiatives
  • Perform customer analysis through the use of excel modeling to determine pricing compliance
  • Participate in competitive research initiatives to benchmark pricing nationally
  • Manage customer rebate process and maintenance activities
  • Input and support commercial and/or retail price levels
  • Maintain existing pricing reports and support new reporting initiatives
  • Support the creation and maintenance of pricing policies
  • Provide support in modeling commercial customer profitability
  • Participate in cross functional projects requiring Pricing representation as they arise
  • All other duties as needed or required


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Efficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • 1+ year of related experience with progressively increasing responsibilities in Pricing, Finance or related field
  • Experience with Business Objects and/or SAS programming preferred
  • For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful passing of background check
  • For current FedEx Office team members, must meet hiring criteria for the position and transfer requirements as outlined in the Team Member Handbook
