The Digital Health Consultant helps ensure long-term success and transition of customer's portal experience by building and executing a digital solution that fits in the client's overall population health strategy and is tailored to meet the customers need within a given platform.  The Digital Health Consultant function is an intricate part of program planning, strategy, delivery and execution, and they help to make the program more visible and accountable to our customers.  The Digital Health Consultant will help clients transition from eHP to Rally as well as consult on multi-year calibration to each client's digital experience, including Rewards Designs, Challenges and Health Survey.


 


Primary Responsibilities:



  • Develop and grow Senior Digital Health Consultants and Digital Health Consultants by setting measurable objectives reviewing against objectives

  • Acting leader on the Population Health Management Team with special projects as assigned

  • Support Strategic, National and Key UHC clients and Direct clients as a Digital Health Consultant

  • Working with the Population Health Consultant (if provided) and AMT, properly position Rally personal health platform in the context of the client's vision, goals and priorities (a Population Health Strategy)

  • Incorporate the review and decision-making process of Rally into the client's annual program planning and confirm the client fully understands how the Rally member experience works for the configuration design that they are planning

  • Provide review and consulting on the Rally+Optum packages purchased. Provide guidance on existing or new service requests that require pricing or package changes prior to implementation design signoff

  • Support the AMT and Optum implementation teams with client-facing review of available capabilities, provide Rally demonstrations as needed

  • Coordinate the client's known and unknown design goals

  • Confirm that AMT and client contacts fully understand the member and client experiences for every capability where Rally has a primary role.  Provide client with samples, documentation, illustrations, materials or demonstrations until that confirmation is received

  • Review the details of what each client will need to decide using templates/materials tailored by Rally

  • Confirm first year incentive plans for Rally 120 days prior to go-live; second-year and thereafter annual plans adjustments confirmed 90 days prior to go-live

  • Confirm that external rewards activities adhere to the offline file layout; files are tested prior to go-live date

  • Prior to go-live date, perform a client-facing review of the Rally configurations

  • Coordination with customer service team:

    • Confirm there is a script for client-fulfilled programs

    • Ensure the team has program details to be able to support client/members appropriately (FAQs) 

    • Confirm any special client promotions (enrollment periods, sweepstakes, mailings) are pro-actively communicated to team

  • Participate in transition mapping process, as needed:

    • Receive transition mapping recommendation from transition program staff

    • Review the transition mapping and highlight areas requiring special attention

    • Receive input/feedback from collaborators

    • Provide feedback to AMT on all non-standard changes that require BAR submission

  • Receive in-depth training on all Rally-related capabilities, including all non-standard options that are only available with product exceptions

  • Stay current on client's performance and their members' experience status.  If problems are identified, work with AMT and operations to recommend options.  Use Rally Reporting Dashboard directly for latest detail

  • Consult on campaign decisions as campaigns are developed by the client, AMT, custom communications staff and affiliations consultant. Maintain ongoing awareness of campaign impact on engagement

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • 5+ years' experience with health and wellness products (specifically telephonic and online coaching), consumer communications/engagement, and incentive programs

  • Demonstrated ability to present and influence senior leaders

  • Internal or external client support including formal presentations and client level issue resolution

  • Ability to solution moderate and complex problems

  • Account management/account development experience

  • Marketing/communication experience

  • Product management

  • Proven analytic skills

  • Self-starter, ability to work with minimal guidance

  • Client-facing relationship management
