Work Days: Monday - Friday
Flexible times- between 7: 30am - 6: 00pm (Overtime)

Job Duties:
80% Contract Management for assigned accounts - enter all request for sale contract entry, provide insight into contract details, applications and reconciliations in order to support external customers, Finance, Sales, and Trading.

Manage rolling, amendments and settlement of all contracts necessary to support both internal and external customers as outlined within the Contract Administration Policy.
Monitor and manage contracts and contract application as it applies to volume position as well as financial position impacts.
Ensure compliance and impact against the Contract Administration Policy through understanding of pricing components within a sale contract
Support Risk Management Teams as it relates to contract management
Support a controlled environment as declared within Contract Policies as well as Position Processes
Understand and manage the financial impacts of our processes as related to the P/L
Support month end financial requirements/activities
Maintain SAP files- CMDR, Pricing Conditions, Partnering Functions
Validate all pricing within SAP DPO s, negotiations of hedgeable and non-hedgeables
Entry of all pricing lots into CSL to support futures and or basis
Create templates to support customers contracting habits
Work with Pricing Analyst to create and maintain Master Agreements
Understand SAP logic and apply in order to invoice correctly
10% Process Improvement: Collaborate across business functions to identify, create and implement process improvements as they relate to order processing/order fulfillment
5% Work with other functional teams during new customer setups, new product roll outs, pricing and special promotions
5% Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager


Required:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 1-2 years contract management experience
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and move between activities that require immediate response
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer focus
Ability to perform intermediate mathematical operations and solve problems that involve fundamental mathematic concepts
Problem solving skills
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and act with a sense of urgency
Ability to work in a team environment as a team player
Attributes

Reliability with regards to attendance and task completion

Good understanding of basic supply chain operations
Understanding of markets, products, and players in the food service industry
Ability to utilize critical thinking to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
