Entry Level Call Center

Currently seeking Hotel Reservation Agents in a call center environment in North Phoenix!

Job Description:

• -Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents.
• -Upsell/Close Sales transactions
• -Consistently achieve revenue goals
• -Provide quality customer service

Job Requirements:

• -Demonstrate good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• -Work flexible shifts that may include evenings, weekends and public holidays
• -Minimum of 1 year of recent customer service experience
• -Must be able to sit at a desk for long periods of time
• -Must be able to type at least 35 WPM
• -Must be willing to submit to a drug and background test
• -Dress code is business casual, no visible tattoos or facial piercings

Shifts (Must be willing to work an 8 hour shift between these hours):

• AM 4:00 AM-4:30 PM
• MID 8:30 AM-8:30 PM
• PM 12:30 PM- 12:00 AM
