Outbound Customer Service Reps

I am currently interviewing on behalf of our client in the Morrisville, PA area for Pharmaceutical Customer Service Representatives. This position is 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm, with hourly rate being based on experience.

Qualified candidates should have the following experience:

• 2+ years of CSR experience directly from Pharma, Biotech, or Med Device industries
• OR
• 2+ years of Pharm Tech experience paired with customer service/call center experience; retail pharmacy, and mail order pharmacy customer service experience acceptable.
• OR
• 5+ years of CSR experience from a call center environment most recently
