Building Engineer

Our client is currently hiring for a Building Engineer with strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Candidate will work directly with the Property Manager to ensure proper operation of HVAC, Fire and Life Safety Equipment, and Electrical Systems.

• 5+ years minimum with great customer service
• MD 1st, DC 3rd or VA HVAC License required.
• Universal CFC license required.
• Experience working in a commercial office or facilities environment required.
• Experience working in a data center environment is highly preferred but not required.
• Ability to keep organized documentation of logs, Work orders, and Preventative Maintenance Work Orders on all equipment.
• Proficiency in computerized work order systems, email, word processing and spreadsheets.
