Required:
4 Year Completed Electrical or Computer Engineering Degree
The candidate will be expected to track incoming Infotainment issues through a central database. Reach out to the drivers reporting the issues to gain additional details and or to gain access to the vehicles for analysis of failure conditions. Individual will be using bus analysis tools, data loggers etc to perform analysis. Individual is expected to reach out to the design community for support of issues as well as to drive for solution where a solution is deemed necessary. Individual needs to be motivated and have skills following through on tasks. Individual will need to work quickly to gather data as the job works under strict launch timelines where the difference of days can and will matter. The individual will need to accurately document issue status as well as provide reports out to daily or weekly calls with vehicle program teams which may include individuals of Executive Leadership.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8-5. Some weekend and afternoon hours required to address live issues.
Local travel required.
