Maintenance Mechanic

Aerotek is currently seeking for a full time mid level Maintenance Technician to assist with maintaining automated manufacturing machinery for a company specialized in the manufacturing of disposable plastic containers.

The Maintenance Mechanic responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting with basic repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting fully automated machinery designed to manufacture disposable plastic containers. The Maintenance Mechanic will be assisting with performing preventive/predictive maintenance on fully automated equipment.

We are seeking for a maintenance mechanic with a background in high speed automated equipment or manufacturing machinery. Minimum experience required besides pneumatic and mechanical knowledge is at least 2 years of experience on electrical and some kind of basic exposure to PLC's.

The Maintenance mechanic will be interacting senior mechanics and will be receiving specific training on how to work with controls and PLC's. The maintenance mechanic must have a good personality and the abiltiy to intereact with machine operators and production workers.

Candidates must be willing to submit to a drug screen and criminal background required by the company.

The pay rate is in the mid to upper $18-22/per hour DOE

This is a rotating schedule on a night shift, 12 hour rotating shift 5pm-5am
