Process Controls and PLC Technician

Position Summary:

Develops, implements, and maintains the company's Machine & Process Controls program in accordance with maintenance and process controls logic/programs and monitoring so as to improve eoperational efficiency, quality, and safety.

Education/Experience:

• Minimum of a technical or vocational school certificate
• 5+ years of experience in machine programming and controls logic
• Must have knowledge of programming Allen Bradley PLCs and hands on application of Rockwell Automation Factory Talk View Data Transaction software and related hardware
• Knowledge and clear understanding of application of PLC controls in hydraulics, pneumatics, power trains, metal forming, and finishing equipment
• Prior experience in metal fabrication, molding, stamping, and fabricating industry equipment is preferred
