EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE with CONSULTIVE INSIDE SALESAutomation Personnel Services is currently interviewing and hiring inside sales team for our client within the San Diego central area. We are seeking both entry level and experienced representatives. These inside sales team associates will assist customers in making decisions by carefully matching them with optimal products and services to suit their company. This person will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism while providing a great customer service experience to all of our customers.We are looking for highly motivated, qualified and personable, one-on-one marketing consultants who are motivated to get our clients noticed in their local area by developing customized marketing plans. This position offers an hourly pay while in training and a high income opportunity once hired on permanently with a base plus commission. Leads, comprehensive sales training, and positive encouraging work environment is provided.Essential Job Functions: Produce outbound calls: create, follow up, and close business opportunities Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and performance goals Drive sales by educating customers in making well informed decisions. Establish relationships with clients Remain current on products and processes in a multi-product environment.
