We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Fraud Detection Inbound Support.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

  • Be authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements


Provides inbound call support to Card Fraud Detection. Processing inbound calls from customers that are verifying account activity. Performs account review using vendor technology to identify attempts to commit fraud. Verifies legitimacy of transactions through phone or fax communications. Responds to incoming phone inquiries for information. Escalates any fraud issues to the appropriate department manager. Services customer accounts. Contact customers to verify account activity.Creates and send letters to customers who cannot be contacted via phone. Completes case sheets to report actions taken on suspect accounts. Provide courteous and professional service to customers.

Up to two years experience in Card Fraud Services or related field. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
