REM South Central Services is seeking full-time Direct Support Professionals in Redwood Falls, MN. We offer a supportive team environment, flexible schedule and a family-oriented culture to complement our benefits package.
Description
By joining our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide assistance to individuals with disabilities in a community-based setting. Additional responsibilities may include providing assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs may also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSPs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life for those we support.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
