Manpower is seeking a Retailer Marketing Coordinator to support the SVP and Account Executives on a day to day basis in the Atlanta metro area, primarily focused on retailer projects and also encompassing additional projects run by the department. As supporting role to AEs, the Coordinator will be accountable for pulling data from all systems for presentations and proposals, entering data such as deal detail and contact information into the various systems, monitoring and reporting on assigned retailer projects, and ensuring field alignment. Additional projects will include maintenance of Retailer Showcase platform, support in retailer Communications efforts and support of Pilots and Programs efforts. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Support SVP and Director of Retailer Marketing including schedules, retailer communication as needed, occasional travel planning, expense and other reports Maintain calendar of retailer events and activities Coordinate retailer events, including preparing implementation guides, communicating with mall teams, confirming activation, collecting proof of performance and preparing summaries Coordinate all aspects of revenue deal deployment including as needed, RFP and proposal preparation, deal entry into Simon systems, management of deal milestones, implementation on mall, pop, invoicing payment collection and application.
