Inside Sales Representative (part-time, entry level)

Spring-Green Lawn Care is looking for part-time Inside Sales Representatives for our location in Plainfield. No cold calling, representatives will contact only warm leads. We offer a seated indoor work environment with 4-5 hour evening shifts, Monday-Friday 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., some Saturdays required 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (25-29 hours per week).

Base wage is $8.50/hr. plus commission with potential to earn an average of $11.50/hr., possibly more based on meeting performance standards. Paid training. Our supervisors are here to help support your success.

Inside Sales Representatives will contact existing and previous customers to promote our lawn care services and follow-up on customer inquiries. Reps will document customer requests, complete data collection sheets and estimates, as well as organize call lists.

Requirements:
- Must have persuasive and professional phone communication skills
- Learn, retain and recall procedural and regulatory information to ensure effective and accurate communication to potential customers
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Must be able to navigate computer system and enter data accurately
- Effective verbal and written communication required to address customer issues
