Job Description
Now accepting applications for SERVERS and EVENING BUSSERS.
SERVER QUALIFICATIONS:
*Provide highest quality dining experience for guests in a clean, safe, and comfortable atmosphere.
*Ensures that the food meets Goode Company's product quality standards of excellence with every plate served, both in your own section, as well as that of others in the restaurant, as needed.
*Accurately takes guests' food and drink orders, while providing friendly and knowledgeable service to each and every guest.
*Maintains a thorough understanding of all menu items and is able to answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation.
*Assists other team members as needed or as business dictates.
*Ensures ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary, and responding to guest needs in a timely manner.
*Adheres to company's sanitation procedures.
*Follows alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication.
*Busses and resets tables as needed.
*Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other staff members.
BUSSER QUALIFICATIONS:
*Quick and efficient, with bussing or dishwashing experience, in a fast paced environment.
*Must be able to lift the full contents of a bus tub equaling 40 lbs.
*Must be able to remove all full trash cans from restaurant, transport to dumpster area, and empty their contents equaling 45-100 lbs.
*Fluent English not required.
*Must have well-kept appearance.
*Must be an energetic, service minded individuals committed to providing excellent customer service.
