The ability to build strong relationships by building positive relationships with hiring managers, candidates and external networks will be paramount. Our In this role you'll be responsible for sourcing and evaluating candidates, managing the interview process, and facilitating hiring decisions. This position is based in Newark, DE and cannot be supported virtually. Primary Functions: Support the execution of the Talent Acquisition strategy to attract and select the best talent for our internal hiring needs Work in partnership with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements, recommending sourcing channels and setting timescales for delivery. Maintain an active candidate pipeline using a mix of channels including direct networks, university relations, military relations, and internal resources. Act as an ambassador of Integrity Staffing Solutions, taking an active role to promote our company internally and in the external market through networks, conferences, social media, university partnerships, etc. Manage the Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn) including the creation of requisitions and maintaining job postings including all candidate metrics including sourcing effectiveness, job board effectiveness, time to fill and candidate funnel. Sell potential candidates on the benefits of working at various facilities and overall opportunities Identify & Implement best practices to continually increase the number, time to fill, and quality of hires. Continuously build candidate pipeline and maintain responsibility for ongoing candidate relationship management. Stay abreast of current and emerging technologies in order to properly identify new venues for attracting qualified candidates Participate in the utilization of blogs, professional networking, and group sites to engage candidates Maintains an excellent knowledge of company benefits plans Basic Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated passion for talent acquisition and significant experience identifying, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates of all functional expertise. Ability to manage multiple requisitions, projects and candidates with little supervision and be able to meet standard measurements of success such as time to fill, cost per hire, etc. Demonstrated experience providing a high level of customer service to all levels of leadership, including those working in remote locations Excellent communication skills (both written, oral, and listening) and confidentiality is required.
