Full and Part-time Caregivers needed to provide assistance to adults with disabilities in a community-based settings
Caregivers provide assistance with daily activities such as:
- Meal preparation and planning
- Medication administration
- Personal care (including toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing, etc)
In addition, Caregivers may also provide transportation to work or other activities and support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life for those we support.
Description
Ideal REM Wisconsin Candidates are:
- High school graduates (or GED holders)
- 18 years of age or older
- Good drivers with valid driver’s licenses
- Insured vehicle owners
- Trained and have at least six months experience as Caregivers (preferred)
- Able to pass required background
- Able to lift up 50 lbs.
