Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Manpower is currently hiring a Customer Service Rep for one of our clients in Dallas, TX!
Job Responsibilities:
*Completion of front-end processing network records, building of credit card terminal download files and POS software setup information, and submission of equipment orders for Merchant credit card processing accounts.
*Accounts are received through boarding tool, and multiple systems are used during the account setup process.
*Account setup must adhere to PCI and credit card association requirements, and equipment capabilities, and good communication skills are needed to resolve account setup issues with various internal departments.
*Completion of front-end processing network records, building of credit card terminal download files and POS software setup information, and submission of equipment orders for Merchant credit card processing accounts.
*This position is email driven and there is very little customer contact.
*Consistent job history a must. Heavy production.
*Will be pulling information from 10-15 different programs at one time.
* Heavy on the data entry part of customer service.
*This is a long term assignment for the right candidate.
Requirements:
*High school diploma or equivalent, Associates preferred
*At least 1-3 years in a similar role
*Previous front end processing experience preferred
Contract Length: 2+ months
Pay: $16.35/hr
