Requirements:
* 2 years + college or 2 Years + Sales Experience
* Valid drivers license
* Excellent relationship building/maintenance skills.
* Property insurance claims experience is a plus.
* Strong written, verbal and in-person communication skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels, within a team and independently
* Experience with disaster recovery plans is desired.
* Skilled in the development of a sales management system, training programs, and standard operating procedures.
* Proficient in computers (Excel/Word), ease in learning sales software, internet
* Great organizational, analytical and time-management skills.
* Thrives in a fast-paced and growing industry, self motivated
* Bi-lingual is a plus.
