About this job

Our client, an industry leader in Center City Philadelphia, is actively looking to add a Data Entry Coordinator to their Customer Service department.

This individual will be responsible for:

  • Inputting a high volume of customer account information into internal database.
  • Creating tickets summarizing customer issues for the response team to follow up on.
  • Other administrative duties as needed.

A qualified candidate will have:

  • 2+ years data entry experience in a corporate environment.
  • Experience working in a high volume/fast paced environment.
  • Call center/contact center experience highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

This is an open ended contract and an excellent opportunity to gain experience with one of the largest and fastest growing companies in Philadelphia.
