Customer Care Services Representative - Full-time / Part-time

This person will be working in the department that deals with "Bone Growth Stimulators," etc. Specifically, will be working with customers/patients to make sure whatever hasn't been covered by their Insurance, they will cover.

They will check "Authorization for Coverage" and "Verify the Patients Insurance" and keep a Status of where they are at with this.

Verifying all this will involve many Outbound Calls to Insurance Companies, etc. Inputting data and updating Customer/Patients' record in the system.

Bonuses will be earned every Quarter, these Bonuses will be determined on how the "Team" of Customer Care Service Representatives did. Not individual bonuses.
