Job Description
- Location: Longmont, CO
- Contract to hire
- Schedule: M-F, business hours
- $14.00/hr
- Perform basic, routine tasks (e.g., address and telephone updates, error
corrections, etc.) associated with E9-1-1 database maintenance in a timely manner under direct
supervision while adhering to established departmental standards and procedures
- Maintain strict confidentiality on database information at all times
- Research and resolve all types of errors resulting from Service Order Processing (SOI) and No Record Found (NRF) incidents within contractually specified time frames
- Update telephone numbers (TNs) and Master Street Addressing Guide (MSAG) records, as required
