What does Jostens Do: They create personalized class rings, school yearbooks, photo gifts, graduation announcements & jewelry for college, high school, hobbies, & sports.
The RBO positions provide back office support for independent sales representatives, including inbound and outbound consumer phone calls, email and online chat communication; order entry; consumer invoicing; and consumer payment processing. THERE IS SUBSTANTIAL EMPHASIS ON IDENTIFYING AND EXECUTING ON OPPORTUNITIES TO UP-SELL AND CROSS-SELL WHEN INTERFACING WITH CONSUMERS
Handle consumer requests by inbound/outbound phone, email and chat communication relating to orders, status, requests, and general information. Customer service requests include expedites, changes, reworks, exchanges, status, billing questions and payments, etc.
Hours: candidates will work 30 to 40 hours per/wk.
General hours: 7:00am to 7:00pm (candidates will be working 8 hour shifts between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm. Schedules will be given to the contractors a week prior. Meaning they will know a week in advance what they will be working the following week.) The more flexability a contractor has the better, but if a contractor has to leave work by 5pm Jostens will accommodate contractors requests.
