Responsibilities:
• Ensure accuracy of manual process, systems, and databases
• Real time review of on-line search components of prospective hires using various databases and systems
• Review third party research to ensure it meets client requirements
• Review internal records for each request and confirm accuracy
• Confirm internal standard operating procedures are applied correctly
• Produce control documents to remediate and track report compliance
• Escalate derogatory/high risk matters to management
• Provide feedback to management on quality of data
• Assist Program manager with the development of controls to sustain improvements as they are made
• General team support as required Skills:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Excellent research and analytical skills to review information and draw appropriate conclusions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Experience with encrypted email and data privacy programs
• Experience working in an environment that undergoes routine audits from internal and external sources
• Excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize Additional Details:
• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
• Hours: Full Time Shift
