- Reconciling reports
- Performing basic clerical functions with proficient PC skills
- Analytical and Researching techniques to trend or quantify projects
- Initiate and assist with developments/changes to increase or change quality and productivity

Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- United States Citizenship
- Ability to obtain favorable adjudication following submission of Department of Defense eQuip Form SF86
- 1+ year of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems, OR
1 year of experience in an office setting environment using the
telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties - 1+ year of experience working with healthcare insurance
- 1+ year experience working with electronic data processing
Assets:
- High volume electronic data processing experience preferred
