The Provider Data Consultant is responsible for various activities related to dental network Salesforce.com based instance which houses our provider data and associated processes. This individual will have to become an expert on our provider database structure and associated processes to continue to support and enhance the platform. This individual will work with the business to understand, develop, test and support enhancements to the platform.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops and runs Salesforce.com based reports and data extracts
- Identifies, designs and configures/develops enhancements for existing UHN's Salesforce.com based applications
- Performs initial testing of the new solutions
- Provides second level support for new and existing Salesforce.com based applications
- Translating business objectives and requirements into proper system requirements and system deliverables
- Coordinating knowledge sharing sessions with the development, test, and training teams throughout project design and development stages
** This role will be based in Minnetonka, MN **
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Certified Salesforce.com developer or advanced level of experience as developer in Java or Visual Basic
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Reside within commutable distance of the Minnetonka, MN office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree
- Knowledge of Structured Query Language (platform agnostic)
- Knowledge of Informaticacloud.com or other cloud based ETL solutions
- 2+ years of experience working in/with healthcare industry
