Machine Operator

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Machine Operator.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Manpower is currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to work for our client in Colfax, CA!

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for safely and efficiently running various packaging machinery and equipment to produce high quality cider.
• Produce high quality cider by running packaging machinery and equipment, which may include filling, crowning, pasteurizing, labeling, and off-packing.
• Perform basic routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Apply safe work standards in all tasks to minimize risk of injury or damage to property and inventory.
• Follow documented work procedures and maintain a safe and clean work space.

job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a brewery, cidery or winery is preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50Lbs.
• Ability to solve problems with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Computer knowledge.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude including routine equipment maintenance and reading gauges and other measuring equipment.
