Essential responsibilities include:

* Document transactions received by phone, email or mail into a database.
* Use a computerized system for tracking, information gathering and/or troubleshooting.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
* Ability to understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
* Handle, resolve and escalate issues in a respectful manner.
* Working knowledge of personal computers using Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Lotus Notes a plus. Also, demonstrate the ability to learn and proficiently utilize proprietary and vendor applications.
