We are now hiring enthusiastic Research Interviewers to join our San Antonio Call Center. If skillful persuasion is second nature to you and you have the ability to motivate, then tune into this exciting opportunity with Nielsen.
This position is responsible for placing telephone calls to computer generated telephone numbers to enlist the household's cooperation in a survey. This position could also be responsible for placing calls to obtain data for client-specific studies.
This is a part-time opportunity.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalency
* Excellent communication skills
* Clear speaking voice
* Ability to persuade/convince
* Computer and typing skills (data entry)
* Reading ability
* Fluent in the English Language (Bilingual positions require fluency in English and Spanish)
* Ability to listen to and capture respondent answers over the phone
* 6+ months experience in one of the following fields (Preferred):
- Call Center
o Sales
o Collections
o Customer Service
- Retail - Customer Service

Schedule Requirements
* One weekend shift required (Saturday or Sunday)
* 3-5 shifts per week
* 20-28 hours per week (PT), while in cycle
* Type of shift: Primarily PM but limited AM shifts available
* Flexible Schedules: 5-6 Hours/Day (PT)
