The Sales & Care Representatives are an integral part of our team as they are the front line voice to our customers. In this role you will be responsible for fielding inbound calls from potential and existing customers and selling our products and services. In addition, they are responsible for fielding inbound calls from potential and existing customers and selling CenturyLink products and services on every call. They will also perform credit reviews, establish accounts in the billing system, and provide customer service and solutions to problems
Hours of Operation/Training Info:
* We are open Monday-Friday from 7am-8pm Central Standard time
* We are CLOSED on the weekends!
* Training hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-7pm and will last approximately 7 weeks.
o 100% attendance is required!
* Benefits offered after Day 30 of employment, including medical, dental, and vision!
Salary: In addition to a base pay of $12.00/hour after successfully completing training and the probation period. Sales & Care Representatives are assigned monthly sales quotas and must maintain customer service quality expectations to attain additional targeted sales incentive, which is approximately $9,900 yearly for meeting 100% of the goal!
Required Qualifications:
* Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
* Terrific oral and written communications skills
* Strong customer focus
* Excellent punctuality and work attendance history
* Proficient in multi-tasking within several computer applications and databases
* Able to handle a high volume of phone calls in a structured environment
* Must be flexible to work various shifts, including Saturdays, evenings, and holidays as necessary
* Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior sales experience in a customer-facing environment
* Experience in an Inbound or Outbound call center
* Work experience that reflects stability
