We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Paralegal.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
ManpowerGroup is currently seeking an Paralegal to help support our client's team in Cary, NC . This is a temporary assignment that will last approximately 9 months. The pay rate is 26$/hr.
Job Description:
*Responsible for handling all state licenses related to construction/electrical and professional engineering in all 50 states
*Researching all state laws on the necessary filing requirements based on Clients projects and finding internally all engineers that we need as qualifying agents.
*Promptly filing all paperwork and maintaining current status.
*Assisting in other compliance related activities including internal training records and conducting research/due diligence on third-party agents.
Requirements:
*High School or equivalent
*Associates degree preferred
*Strong paralegal skills
*Able to read and understand state regulations.
