Rapidly expanding Area Company immediately hiring Inbound Customer Service Representatives. Stating pay rate is $10.50 p/h with an increase to $12.00 p/h upon completion of training. If selected, you will have the opportunity to learn valuable information about the rapidly growing Healthcare insurance industry. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering inbound calls in a timely manner within a call center environment. Outbound calls are periodically conducted for surveys and resolution of outstanding issues. These calls are regarding medical insurance enrollment, prescriptions, claims, etc. Paid training lasts approximately 2 - 6-weeks and hours are 8:00 - 4:30. Upon completion of training, you will be assigned to an (8) hour shift beginning as early as 9:00 am or as late as 11:30 am. Must be flexible with your hours of availability. Alternate shift may be selected once you gain seniority. To be considered, you must have had at least 1 year of recent experience performing customer service. Call center experience is preferred but will consider others who have provided customer service in person. A Healthcare background and/ or experience in Healthcare insurance is a big plus.
