Assist in managing the front of house (FOH) through Legendary Service, Guest Focus and FUN! As a Service Manager you’ll have the opportunity to use your gift of gab to WOW guests while ensuring guest satisfaction. The Service Manager ensures that each FOH Roadie provides Legendary Service to every guest with a little Line Dancing mixed in for extra fun!
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Maximizing sales through 100% guest satisfaction.
- Planning and arranging promotions, incentives and fun for the team.
- Initial interview of candidates for FOH staffing.
- 100% table visitation.
- Maintaining service and cleanliness in FOH.
- Training and developing all FOH staff.
