Associate Account Manager - BILINGUAL REQUIRED $35K to $40K - DOE

The Associate Account Manager will work on an assigned book of business and work with the Account Manager/Account Executive and team to advise them on their medical, dental, vision and ancillary benefit plans and programs, as well as assist them with Wellness initiatives. To fulfill this role, the Account Associate will:

Responsible for the day-to-day issue resolution for client questions and/or concerns.

Work with carriers/vendors on behalf of client/employee.

Intake and track employee calls from the employee benefit help line and log all calls using a client management system

Responsible for coordinating with the Account Manager/Account Executive on client issues as appropriate.

Coordinate new plan implementation process

Establish carrier/vendor relationships with appropriate contacts to assure smooth handling of all client administration (eligibility, claims, billing, plan administration, contracts, plans change, etc.)

Manage the Request for Proposal process including the compilation of market responses and work closely with the Account Manager/Account Executive to ensure deadlines are met

Maintain all appropriate documentation for book of business

Responsible for maintaining internal client management system with all client information.

Must have excellent communication and presentation skills

Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree is preferred

Arizona State Life Accident & Health License is required within 6 months of hire

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment

Ability to work independently and on a team

Proficient in Microsoft 2010 Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project

Bi-Lingual in Spanish a plus
