IS TECHNICIANS

The IS Technician is responsible for entry, maintenance, and reporting of all customer data to ensure that the center is maximizing all business development opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned to ensure we meet our customer service objectives and/or as needed to adjust to business needs.

• Takes ownership of data mining initiatives to ensure success of marketing programs targeted at growing repeat business and attracting new customers.
• Maintains all data and programs available on center website (calendar, lane reservation system, etc.).
• Updates Bowlertrac and LRS (League Record Services) systems and provides reports as requested by management.
• Readily assists colleagues with miscellaneous duties to prevent delays in the customer service experience.
• Promptly assists and responds to all customer questions or requests by immediately taking ownership of the inquiry and guiding to resolution.

• Consistent enthusiasm towards customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, multi-lingual skills a plus.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
• Basic Web programming experience.
• Advanced PC user on various Microsoft Windows based programs including but not limited to commercial, proprietary and industry specific applications.   
• Prior knowledge of league bowling practices and procedures.
• Proven record of success in school and/or previous job experiences.
