We are seeking a recent Undergraduates with proven problem solving and analytic skills to fill a Senior Research Analyst position. The Senior Research Analyst will perform a variety of research and consulting-related tasks. Senior Research Analysts work independently, applying sound quantitative and qualitative methods to contribute to framing the analytical approaches used to solve client problems. Senior Research Analysts can successfully manage small to medium tasks, work effectively with project team members and efficiently manage assignments to prioritize client needs.


 


Key responsibilities may include:



  • Analyzing and manipulating large sets of healthcare data

  • Programming data in SAS

  • Performing a variety of research and consulting-related tasks

  • Drafting reports and memos

  • Independently working on complex assignments

  • Assisting with day-to-day management of project tasks

  • Managing time effectively across multiple projects, with several managers and competing priorities

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree

  • Academic and/or professional experience in a quantitative role involving SAS Programming

  • Intermediate to advanced SAS programming skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Aptitude for interpreting data outputs and articulating findings to managers

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
