Required

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Prior selling experience

•Strong interest in learning and current product trends

•Ability to use technology as a job tool

•Ability to lift 50 pounds on a occasional to frequent basis

•Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving about the department within the store. Physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis

Actively Listens to Customers’ needs to recommend jewelry products

•Engages Customers in conversation to determine jewelry needs, style and preferences

•Listens for cues to tailor current and future interactions to better serve each Customer

•Encourages Customers to explore higher quality options and additional products to build on their Jewelry selections

•Executes Operations and Company best practices

•Supports operational workload for fine/fashion jewelry

•Signs and merchandises products

•Stocks and replenishes inventory to support Company in-stock goals

•Protects and secures merchandise in accordance with Best Practices

Preferred

•Prior experience in a retail and/or fine jewelry environment

•Prior experience interacting with Customers in a consultative capacity
