Our hotel features 242 guest rooms - and we tower over the competition! We're conveniently located near all the major airports in the area (Oakland, San Francisco and San Jose), in a lovely California suburb just off freeway 580 and 650. We're close to Napa Valley, Alameda and Berkeley, and a short ride from Black Hawk Museum, Mount Diablo State Park, Fisherman's Wharf, and Alcatraz. Expedites all menu items accurately
Standardizes recipes
Sets up and breaks down the cooking line
This position will be in the banquet food preparation department
Exhibits a "Can do" attitude and total cooperation
High School Diploma or GED
At least one year banquet food preparation or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Must be able to push/pull/lift 50 lbs. Also job requires standing for long periods of time
