National company in Duluth that is offering a career opportunity within a growing industry; we are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor. The functions of this position will include, but are not limited to: facilitating new hire process, driving department goals, ensuring compliance with company policy and procedures, conducting internal audits, managing reconciliations, producing reports for upper management, and coordinating or conducting training and development classes. Interested applicants should have 2+ years of Supervisory experience, strong working knowledge of all AP processes, experience with W9/1099 process and P-Card solicitation and processing. The ideal candidate is a team player, possess Business Process Improvement skills, can successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously and will be proficient on Microsoft, JD Edwards and PeopleSoft. This is an immediate opportunity for the qualified candidate. Salary will commensurate with experience, but will range from 45k-52k.
