Stockroom Clerk

Job Description:

Keep an organized inventory of stock room and warehouse areas.

Maintain inventory record accuracy.

Control and transport inventory to necessary departments.

Transport inventory via the company truck between facilities as well as to/from vendors.

Assist in picking, packing, and shipping orders.



Skills:

· Current driver’s license and clean driving record.

· Able to operate a Single Axel Flatbed truck. (no CDL required)

· Strong organizational skills.

· Self-starter who will anticipate what needs done based on a posted schedule.

· Able to multi-task and follow verbal instructions.

· Able to operate a forklift (Rider and Stand-Up).

· Able to lift 60 pounds.

· Experienced in manufacturing environment.

· Strong written and verbal communication.

· Mathematically competent.

· Computer literate.

Responsibilities:

• Securing loads and driving company vehicle as needed.
• Grouping WIP inventory into kits to help production.
• Maintain accurate counts and locations of stocked inventory at multiple plant locations.
• Help Stockroom Supervisor as needed.

Requires:

• Safety Shoes
• Full time, with overtime as required
