This position requires ACHA Level II Background
checks (fingerprinting) by the State of Florida for all Clinicians that have
face-to-face contact with members and will require renewal every five years.

We are hiring for the following locations: Washington State, Indiana, Hawaii (Island of Oahu), Florida, Oklahoma, Missouri and Texas.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Must be Tobacco/Nicotine free for 2 years.
  • Must be able to navigate a PC to open applications, send emails, and conduct data entry.
  • Must be able to create, edit, save and send documents utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Work experience in Behavior Change Service, Counseling, Chemical Dependency or Health Education.
  • Previous experience providing interventions in behavior change program.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Psychiatry, Social Work, Health, Education, or related field.
